The Echoing Night
The night howled around me
As I laid upon my pillow
The tree it exclaimed tit-willow, tit-willow
The bush it sighed then croaked
As I slipped into the deep
A breathe of a breeze whispered cheep, whispered cheep
I drifted through water
As a spirit within my dreams
I spied an island so it seems, so it seems
My hair flows around me
Then from their tips has want to grow
Teaming life, moving to and fro, to and fro
Each strand shaping into beasts
All singing their lonesome call
Forth from within I’m one with all, one with all, one with all, one with all
