The time has come for you to write down your dreams or as much as you can remember of any.  Put also your experiences (reading Mother Nature’s Way – Echoing Night and Dawn of Time).  Being alone provides you with the opportunity to be with yourself and it can often be an enlightening experience.  For one must become intimate with the person one truly is.  So become intimate with yourself and write about it.

Catch the sunrise, write down any dreams, take a refreshing walk or dip in some nearby water, and then when ready, read the following poem.  We look for too much praise from others, and in doing so, we give others too much control over our feelings.  We also start thinking that what we do is who we are.

Sand Castle

I built a castle in the sand

The work of which was by my hand

I told others and this made me grand

Thus I did form my own band

They sung me songs and gave me praise

My mind was captured in a haze

Then came the ending of this phase

Upon the real world I did gaze

The castle it began to crumble

I wept sad tears over my fumble

The picked myself up from my stumble

And learned the truth of being humble

Being I am

Body I’m not

Working I do but being what I do I am not
